Cougar of the Month

Carroll Elementary 6th grade teacher Andrea O'Brien is Cougar of the Month for September.

She was nominated by Branton Leazenby. A sixth grader and football player, Leazenby said that "Mrs. O'Brien's daily morning quote "helps me start my school day in a positive way."

Teachers and staff who are named Cougar of the Month receive a goody bag and framed picture of the nominating student and themselves. Students receive a goody bag and gift certificate from Burlington Scoop and balloons from The Tan Line & Balloons.
