Ross, Griese exchage vows

Kyla Ross and Blake Griese exchanged wedding vows in a double-ring ceremony June 2 at Flora United Methodist Church. The Rev. Larry DeVos officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Kevin and Kay Ross of Flora. He is the son of John and Gai Griese of Lafayette and Mary Sue Elliott ofWest Lafayette.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. Vocal music was provided by the bride's father and Katie Behr, a friend of the groom.

Matron of honor was Stacey Sims ofWilliamsport.Maids of honor were Celena Badylak of Madison,Wis.,MorganYerk of Lafayette, Jessica Jones of Delphi, Megan Ross of Davenport, Iowa, and Rachel Griese of Las Vegas, Nev.

The groom's best man was Thomas Griese of Las Vegas. Attendants to the groom were Brian Schumer of Dallas, Texas, Cole Koning of Chicago, Ill., Ryan Helms of Indianapolis, Matt Morgan of Austin, Texas, and Eugene Elkin of Lafayette.

Ushers were Kory Ross of Davenport and Kendal Ross of Flora.

Guest registrars were Alecia Walton of Bloomington and MeganWalton of Delphi.

A reception was held at The Outpost in Lafayette.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Delphi Community High School. She received a degree in elementary education from Purdue University in 2004 and is employed at Rockwood School District in Chesterfield, Mo., as a first grade teacher.

The groom is a 2001 graduate of Harrison High School. He received a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University in May and attends law school at St. Louis University. He is employed at Walgreens.

After a 10-day trip to Mexico, the couple returned home to Kirkwood, Mo.
