Ryan Hatke was found to have violated the terms and conditions of his probation. The court revoked one year of the previously-suspended sentence and ordered him to serve one year in prison.

Shawn Sullivan was ordered to pay $1,844.16 to Asset Acceptance LLC.

Robert L. Ciavardoni pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person, operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life and habitual substance offender. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison, five years suspended, and five years supervised probation.

Rhonda L. Koch was ordered to pay $2,074.96 to Capital One Bank.

Larry Gick was ordered to pay $2,446.91 to Palisades Collection LLC.

Krista Bergdorff was ordered to pay $3,808.77 to Capital One Bank.

The following were found to be in arrears in the payment of child support: Jeremy D. Robinson, in the amount of $3,988.34; Lorri L. Garth, $6,947; Brad Rossetter, $37,932.45; Donald Mull Jr., $4,160; Jason Jenkins; Lisa Davies; Bob Henderson, $12,417.83; Roger McCain, $1,707.01; and Buck Brooks, $2,998.17.
