Superior Court judgments are gathered from public records on file in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse, Delphi.

Sarah Marshall, 21, of Lafayette, pled guilty to maintaining a common nuisance. She was sentenced to one and a half years in prison, all suspended, and one and a half years supervised probation.

Charity M. McElheny, 23, of Logansport, pled guilty to driving while suspended. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Coty Canady, 18, of Burlington, pled guilty to possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.Hewas sentenced to 180 days in jail, all but six days suspended, and 345 days supervised probation.

David E. MacIntire, 24, of Lafayette, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance and operating a vehiclewhile intoxicated - endangering a person. He was sentenced to one and a half years in jail, all but 34 days suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Quentin D. McGill, 29, of Frankfort, pled guilty to criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 140 days suspended, and 325 days supervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. Tamara D.Marshall; State of Indiana vs. Ernest D. Morris Jr.; State of Indiana vs. William D. Collier; State of Indiana vs. Biao Yang; State of Indiana vs. Christina R. Haberland; State of Indiana vs. Simon L. Napier; and State of Indiana vs. September C. Caracheo.

Richard C. Everett, 19, ofDelphi, pled guilty to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Raymond C. Elsea, 63, of Frankfort, pled guilty to domestic battery. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Jason P. Scowden, 26, of Delphi, pled guilty to four counts of check deception. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

For convictions related to alcohol, the following weremeted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Rigoberto Martinez, 42, of Logansport, public intoxication; JimmyD.Dunbar, 29, ofDelphi, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; and Thomas J. Bennett, 20, of Earl Park, illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.

Desiree D. Stewart, 22, of Lafayette, pled guilty to driving while suspended. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Ricky A. Newton, 35, of Lafayette, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was fined and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Terry S. Marcum, 21, pled guilty to public intoxication and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to 360 days in jail, all but 90 days suspended, and 540 days supervised probation.

Floyd L. Arnold, 44, of Flora, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.
