Carrollton Bridge is open The rehabilitation project on the Carrollton Bridge over the Wabash River on Carrollton Road, between Delphi and Lockport, has been completed according to the Indiana Department of Transportation. Traffic is open to unrestricted traffic, excluding any changes after final inspection. Construction began in the spring of 2006. The improved bridge is expected to enhance motorist safety. |
