Flora Lions are searching for town's best pie bakers

Flora LionsClubwill sponsor a pie judging contest onTuesday to discover who in the community makes the best single crust and double crust pies.

Prizes will be awarded to winners in each of the two categories and a grand prizewill be given to the overall winner. The pies will be donated to the chili supper that will begin at 5 p.m.

Anyone interested in entering the pie contest should have their pies at the 4-H Community Building no later than 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

If anyonewould like to just donate a pie toward the chili supper dessert table, they can bring their "creation" to the event prior to 5 p.m.

Proceeds from the chili supper will go to the Flora Community and Senior Center.
