For convictions related to alcohol, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Brandon D. Bulington, 19, illegal consumption; Aaron Daniel Herendeen, 21, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person; Donavon J. McKinney, 31, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person; Eric L. Munson, 26, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person; Chaseton H. Hinkle, 18, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage; and Gary A. Smith, 50, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person.

Daisy E. Dann, 37, of Delphi, pled guilty to disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Dustin W. Bowers, 26, of Lafayette, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Paige L. Stevenson, 19, of Frankfort, pled guilty to criminal mischief. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, and 355 days supervised probation.
