      Martin Seese, Delphi, a student at the Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Humanities in Muncie, has recently been named a national merit semi-finalist. The National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) is a non-profit organization that operates without government assistance.

      DARREN PAUL of Delphi was awarded a 4-H scholarship during the recent annual Indiana 4-H Congress scholarship luncheon. The Purdue University freshman received the Sheep Accomplishment scholarship for outstanding achievement in local and state 4-H activities.
