Oct. 4, 1:30 p.m. - Marshal Hammond assisted the county with checking a suspicious vehicle in the area of SRs 29 and 18.

Oct. 4, 2:30 p.m. - SR 29 and 8th St., Marshal Hammond assisted with a Kokomo school bus loaded with children that had broken down.

Oct. 6, 1 p.m. - A report of a harassing communication was taken. Marshal Hammond investigated.

Oct 3, 8:44 a.m. - Stacy L. Dunham, 34, Flora, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

Oct 4, 10:30 a.m. - Following a 911 report of a domestic disturbance, Larry M.Brooks Jr, 29, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, strangulation and criminal confinement. Oct 4, 3:40 p.m. - A criminal mischief report was investigated at 503 E. Elizabeth St. The complaintant's vehicle was scratched. Officer Justin Darling investigated.

Oct 5, 10:23 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Miguel J. Garcia, 22, Lafayette, was arrested on aTippecanoe County warrant for 7 counts of driving while suspended. A juvenile male passenger was arrested on suspicion of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Officer Josh Disinger investigated. Deputy Tony Liggett and Det.Kevin Hammond assisted.

Oct 6, 10:28 a.m. - A vehicle driven by Kelly R. Rose, 39, Monticello, struck a parked vehicle owned by William Hufford, Flora, in the 400 block of S. Center St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Oct 7 - James S. Rush, 39, Kokomo, struck a parked vehicle owned by Denny A. Scott, Logansport, in the 100 block of S.Willow St. Thomas investigated.

Oct 7, 12:46 a.m. - Following a traffic stop, Roger Burks, 44, Frankfort, was arrested on suspicion of felony operating while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator.A passenger in the vehicle, Robbie T. Cox, 46, Frankfort, was arrested on a Clinton County warrant for check deception.Disinger investigated.

Oct 7, 4:08 a.m. - Following a report of a domestic disturbance, Darrell L. Maxwell, 55, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. Disinger investigated.

Oct 7, 9 a.m. - A criminal mischief report was taken at 817 S. Circle Dr. The complaintant reported her son's vehicle had dish detergent placed on it.Thomas investigated.

Sept. 29, 9:10 p.m. - Battery, 425 N.Union St.Rafael Gamboa, 18, Delphi, was arrested on suspicion of resisting law enforcement and minor consumption.Gamboa was also one victim of a battery by Jesus Zavalta/Ruben Rendon/Roberto Febos, Delphi, who was also arrested. Wilson investigated.

Oct.4, 12:39 a.m. - Personal injury, US421 south of Armory Rd. Pedestrian Joshua M. Carroll, 20, Amboy, walked into the path of a vehicle operated by Calvin G. Kamps, 46, Moline, Mich. Carroll was transported to St.Elizabeth Hospital via ambulance. Officer DavidYeager investigated.
