Hot air can be a GOOD thing!

A room with a view! Although it looks as if the airplane in the rear is floating on a cloud, it was actually a glider (without an engine) and connected to the plane in front with a towrope. The Lafayette Soaring Society participated in the Fall Foliage Flights sponsored by the Delphi Airport last Saturday by giving demonstration glider rides. Comet photo by Debbie Lowe Magnificence at the Carrollton Bridge Looking to the west over the Carrollton Bridge from a helicopter on Saturday proved to be a magnificent sight. The Fall Foliage Flight, sponsored by the Delphi Airport, was lacking in bright colors but more than made up for it with the shear grandness of the view which inspired a "lazy river" feeling.
