Moonlight Madness is a Flora Community Club

First place scarecrow This lady scarecrow earned Kevin Shafer first place in the create-a-scarecrow contest. Second place was won by the team of Gale Ann Downham and Ron Rice. Winners of the chili cook-off were Bonnie Lamb, mild category, and Lucy Flora, hot. Comet photo by Jennifer Archibald
