Melissa Price-Salkeld and Daniel Newbauer of Carroll County are parents of fraternal twin daughters. Allie Grace Newbauer, 5 pounds, 2 ounces, and Hannah Marie Newbauer, 4 pounds, 11 ounces, were born Sept. 24 at Home Hospital. Grandparents are Sterling and Janet Price of rural Cutler and Paul "Bob" and Kim Newbauer of rural Frankfort.

Mike and Angie Finn of Plymouth are parents of a 4- pound, 9-ounce daughter, Morgan Nora, born Sept. 19 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend. Maternal grandparents are Robb and Deb Huff of Delphi. Paternal grandparents are Mike and Noreen Finn of Delphi. Maternal great-grandparents are Gerald and Kay Flora and Bob Huff, all of Delphi.

Travis and Amy Thompson Reid, 4816 Libby Dr., Wichita Falls, Texas, are parents of a 6- pound, 9-ounce daughter, Haley Alexandra, born May 13 in Wichita Falls. Grandparents are David and Francie Thompson of Delphi, Phil and Judy Reid of Richmond, and Pam Cranfill of Camden. Greatgrandparent is Virginia Thompson of Delphi.
