Reedy, Ryan pledge vows

Jaimee Rachelle Reedy and Mark Robert Ryan were united in marriage May 27 at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Greenwood, Va.

Parents of the couple are Dan and Rachel Reedy of Flora and Camille and John Ryan of New York.

Rev. Melana Nelson- Amaker officiated at the 5 p.m. ceremony. Pianist was Carlton Dickerson, and vocalist was William Anderson, both of Charlottesville, Va.

A reception was held at the church.

The bride graduated from Wheaton College and is attending Rutgers University, working on her master's degree.

The groom has a PhD in religious studies from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and is a professor at Georgian Court University in New Jersey.

Following a wedding trip to Costa Rica, they are residing in Mt. Pleasant, N.J.
