Carroll Chapter 475, Order of the Eastern Star, will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the Masonic Temple. District Deputy Deloris Stoops will be visiting and Master Masons will be honored. Hostesses will be Tina Garrison and Linda Parrett.

Camden Town Council meeting for October has been changed from the 11th to the 18th at 7 p.m. in the town hall.

Camden-Jackson Township Public Library Board will meet at 7 p.m. Oct. 10 in the library's Reading Room.

United Methodist Women will meet at 7 p.m. Oct. 11 at the church. Hostess will be Pat Fite, who will give devotions. Lesson leader will be Joan Rogers. UMW Sunday will be observed Oct. 7.

Storytime at the library will begin Oct. 4 at 4 p.m. All area children are welcome to attend. Storytime is held every Thursday at the library.

The Camden Fireman's Sausage & Pancake Breakfast will be held Saturday in the Community Building with serving from 6 to 11 a.m.

Nineteen area children attended the first session of Jesus Junction. The next session will be Oct. 24 at 6:30 p.m. at the United Methodist Church.

Thirteen members of theAim Hi E.H. Club met recently in the home of Barb Jones with Justine Crume assisting for the September meeting. Devotions were given by Sharon Ashby. The lesson, "Organizing Your Recipe Collection," was presented by the hostess. The birthday song honored Sharon Ashby and Barb Jones and the anniversary song was sung to Mary Whitfield. Maryanne Berkshire andMary Trapp were prize winners. Following refreshments, the hostess gave members a tour of her new home.
