Burlington Police Dept.

Sept. 18, 8:20 p.m. - Deputy Marshal Kevin Hammond investigated a report of a male shoplifting food at Jones' IGA.

Sept. 20, 10 a.m. - Deputy Marshal Hammond investigated reports of juveniles riding four-wheelers on the roadway. Parents were located. If caught again, the four-wheelers will be towed and the drivers written citations.

Sept. 20, 9 p.m. - Brandon T. Vibbert, 34, was arrested in Burlington on a Howard County warrant for failure to appear. He was incarcerated in Carroll County Jail. Deputy Marshal Hammond investigated.

Sept. 22, 2 p.m. - SR 29 and 5th Street. Sonja Reeves, Kempton, was arrested on suspicion of false informing and on two warrants from Howard County for revocation of sentence for false informing and theft. Reeves was reportedly in Burlington asking for money to purchase gas. After an investigation, she was found to be using a false name and identifiers. Reeves was incarcerated in Carroll County Jail. Deputy Marshal Hammond investigated.

Sept. 24 - Deputy Marshal Hammond assisted Sheriff's Deputy Jay Schimmel in serving a Cass County warrant on Levi Dyer. Dyer was incarcerated in Carroll County Jail.

Delphi Police Dept.

Sept. 18, 10:32 a.m. - Personal injury,Washington and Main streets. Pedestrian Marlene E. Ramsey, 74, Flora, was struck by a vehicle driven by Rosalie D. Wilson, 69, Delphi, while crossing Main St.with a green light. Ramsey was transported to Lafayette Home Hospital where she was treated and released. Chief Ed Chapman investigated.

Sept. 19, 2:50 p.m. - Possession of marijuana, Delphi Community Middle School. 15-year-old juvenile was arrested and released to parents. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

Sept. 20, - Property damage, Prince William Rd. and North St. Brenda Vaknin, 50, Delphi. Kent investigated.

Sept. 21, 11:56 a.m. - Property damage, SR25 at US421. Jeremy Remley, 27, South Bend, and Gerald Phillips, 28, Lafayette. Kent investigated.

Sept. 22, 2:13 a.m. - OWI, SR25 west of Davis Lane.Raul Rocha, 28, Logansport, arrested. Officer Justin Wilson investigated.

Sept. 22, 10:44 a.m. - Theft, North Union St. Tracey Myers, 44, and Jenny Swinford, 38, both of Delphi, reported bicycles stolen. Kent investigated.

Sept. 17, 9:30 a.m. - Rockfield. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated a report of sexual misconduct with a minor.

Sept. 17, 1:55 p.m. - 4200 block N. SR 75, Camden.Davidson investigated a complaint of criminal conversion and residential entry.

Sept. 17, 5 p.m. - Criminal mischief reported to vehicle on N. U.S. 421. Davidson investigated.

Sept. 17, 6:35 p.m. - W. Sleepy Hollow Road. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated a report of possible sexual misconduct with a minor. Investigation is ongoing.

Sept. 17, 7:55 p.m. - Habitual traffic violator. Loy Shaw was arrested in Tippecanoe County after he was pulled over by Deputy Michael Thomas. Shaw's driver's license was suspended.

Sept. 17, 8:08 p.m. - Criminal mischief was reported to vehicle in Tippecanoe Township. Deputy Zachary Hall investigated.

Sept. 17, 10:16 p.m. - Hall investigated a report of battery that occurred in Burlington Township.

Sept. 18, 2:35 p.m. - W. Milkhouse Road. Property damage accident, William C. Emmitt, 20, Delphi. Emmitt was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, endangering, and minor consumption. Davidson investigated.

Sept. 18, 3:50 p.m. - E. CR 150 N. Deputy John Chapman investigated a report of criminal mischief to a trailer in Carrollton Township.

Sept. 18, 5:58 p.m. - Criminal information. Hall investigated an incident involving an inmate that occurred in Carroll County Jail.

Sept. 18, 9 p.m. - E. Seventh St., Burlington. Davidson investigated a report of child abuse.

Sept. 19, 12:35 a.m. - Property damage with injury, 1131 Deer Meadows North Rd. Kathy E. Dunbar, 43, Delphi. Passenger, Gregory A. Dunbar, 47, Delphi, fell from tailgate and transported via ambulance to a hospital.Driver was arrested on suspicion of OWI. Deputy Zachary Hall investigated.

Sept. 19, 1:55 a.m. - Arson. Hall investigated a report of a suspicious fire near on SR 29.

Sept. 20, 7:52 a.m. - Criminal mischief. Dennis Randle investigated a report of damage to a corn field in northern Carroll County.

Sept. 21, 6:40 a.m. - Property damage with injury, CR100E at CR700N. Jeremy L. Scott, 33, Delphi. EMS was called due to complaint of pain in face. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

Sept. 21, 9:26 a.m. - Theft.Chapman investigated a report of theft of medicine from a residence in Burlington Township.

Sept. 21, 5:49 p.m. - Neglect of a dependent child. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated. Report will be sent to Child Protective Service and Prosecutor's Office.

Sept. 21, 10:55 p.m. - Assisting another agency. Logansport Police Dept. requested that a residence be checked for a vehicle possibly involved in a "hit and run." Kelly Capitanio, rural Flora, was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated. Flora Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Sept. 22, 12:14 a.m. - While on patrol, Hall noticed a vehicle parked partially in the roadway in front of a residence on Cook St., Delphi.Ross Malott, 19, Delphi, was arrested on suspicion of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was later charged with resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct while at the Carroll County Jail.

Sept. 22, 1:25 p.m. - Property damage, SR39 near CR500W. Jose M. Silvestre Ambrosio, 29, West Lafayette, was arrested for suspicion of OWI with prior, driving while suspended as a misdemeanor, and failure to provide proof of insurance. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

Sept. 22, 1:46 p.m. - N. CR 1125W. Sheriff's Office received a report of a suspicious vehicle and shots fired in Jefferson Township. While checking the area, Joseph Shultz, 29, Monticello, was arrested on suspicion of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and public intoxication.Hall investigated.

Sept. 22, 11 a.m. - Davidson investigated a battery complaint between two females. A report is being forwarded to the prosecutor's office.

Sept. 22, 5:01 p.m. - Davidson investigated a fight complaint on Smith Ave. in Delphi.

Sept. 23, 12:15 a.m. - Saul Alvarez, 36, Lafayette, was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated. Liggett investigated.

Sept. 23, 4:56 a.m. - CR 500S. Garrett Terryberry, 21, Burlington, was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Liggett investigated.

Sept. 23, 2:25 p.m. - Davidson investigated a report of a dog biting a juvenile male in Bringhurst.

Sept. 23, 2:30 p.m. - SR 39 near CR 500W. Property damage crash. Jose Manuel Silvestre-Ambrosio, 30, West Lafayette. Silvestre-Ambrosio was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior conviction and driving while suspended. He also operated the vehicle without financial responsibility. He was incarcerated in Carroll County Jail. Davidson investigated.

Sept. 23, 6:12 p.m. - W. Horseshoe Bend Road. Liggett investigated a report of battery. A report will be forwarded to the prosecutor's office.

Sept. 18, 5:40 a.m. - US421 near Von Hollow Dr. Michael T. Little, 52, Flora, was transported to White County Memorial Hospital with pain in rib area. Liggett investigated.

Sept. 18, 11:13 p.m. - CR1150W near CR250N. Jerry L.Maxson, 21, Monticello. Sgt. Mark Back investigated.

Sept. 19, 9:05 p.m. - SR218 near SR29.Michael A.Bruce Jr, 27, Peru. Reserve Deputy Ryan Browning investigated.

Sept. 22, 11:05 p.m. - CR700N near CR425W. Joshua D. Disinger, 26, Delphi. Hall investigated.
