Self-defense students excel
Students from Long's Academy of Self Defense were recently promoted due to excellence in achievements. Professor Bill Fraser awarded Sensei Brenda Johns a second-degree black belt in Ju Jutsu and Kempo Karate. Kayleen Baker and Melanie Johns were both promoted to first degree brown belt in Ju Jutsu.
