Oracle 8th blanks Tecumseh

The Oracle 8th grade shut out Tecumseh last week 42-0. Offensively, the night was highlighted by a dominant performance by the Oracle line, allowing a 65-yard touchdown and a 2-point conversion by Tanner Lynde, 2 touchdowns by Justin Gipson, a touchdown and 2-point conversion by Matt Brown, 2-point conversion by Jacob Disinger, and a touchdown by Stephan Back.

Defensively for the Oracles, Caleb Alford led his team for the second game in a row with 2 sacks and a forced fumble, Karson Bender an interception which he returned for a touchdown, and TJ. Fontenot and Andrew Owens with passes defended.

On special teams Bender recorded a 40-yard punt return that was called back, only to return the rekick 45 yards for a touchdown.

The young Oracles have improved their record to 3-2. They look to continue their two-game win streak Thursday at East Tipp.
