Burlington Police Dept.

Aug. 20, 8 p.m. - Vehicle was left abandoned in Burlington Mara-Mart parking lot. Owner could not be located. Vehicle was towed. Deputy Marshal Kevin Hammond investigated.

Aug. 28, 9 p.m. - A report of a person receiving threats over the Internet was investigated by Deputy Marshal Hammond. The case is still under investigation.

Aug. 28, 9:30 p.m. - Deputy Marshal Hammond investigated a report of a suspicious person in the area of Burlington Mara-Mart.

Sept. 2, 6 p.m. - SR 29 and CR 200N, assisted Carroll County Sheriff's Dept. with a man who had been walking for several hours. He was medicated and confused. He was taken to his father and released. Deputy Marshal Hammond assisted.

Sept. 14, 10:30 a.m. - Deputy Marshal Hammond investigated a possible theft at Treece's II. The suspect was located and the situation is believed to have been worked out.

Flora Police Dept.

Sept 10, 7:58 p.m. - A report of fraud was received. The complaintant resides in Virginia, and told police he received a credit card statement with unauthorized charges on it. A suspect has been identified and the case remains under investigation. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

Sept 11, 10:30 a.m. - A Comcast Cable technician reported an unauthorized hookup at 591 Harmon St. A suspect has been identified for theft of cable services and a report has been forwarded to the Carroll County Prosecutor's Office. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

Sept 14, 12:02 p.m. - A report of telephone harassment was taken at 411 E. Adams St. Larimore investigated.

Sept 14, 2:15 p.m. - Virgile Stanley Spencer Sr., 55, Flora, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant on suspicion of violating his in-home detention. Larimore investigated. Chief Paul Redmon and Callie Schimmel assisted.

Sept 15, 3:30 p.m. - A report of identity theft was taken at 504 E. Jackson St. Larimore investigated.

Delphi Police Dept.

Sept. 5 - Theft, Los Angeles, Calif. Tara Livingston reported debit card number, card still in her possession, had been used in California. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

Sept. 5, 8 a.m. - Property damage, Delphi Community High School parking lot. Sondra Riley, 16, Brookston, reported damage to her vehicle by unknown driver. Vondrasek investigated.

Sept. 9, 12:07 p.m. - Property damage with injury, Franklin and Hamilton streets. Ruth Slenker, 74, and Joseph Million, 65, both of Delphi. Moped driver Million was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital. Officer Justin Wilson investigated.

Sept. 12, 3 p.m. - Battery, Riley Park. Juvenile reported a battery happened on Sept. 11. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

Sept. 12, 6:10 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Talley Ho Drive. Glass door shattered at the home of Lilia Londono, 47, Delphi. Kent investigated.

Sept. 14 - Property damage, US421 and Armory Rd. Melanie Schnelle, 26, and David Breaux, 25, both of Delphi. A passenger was taken to the hospital. Kent investigated.

Sept. 15, 6:03 a.m. - Property damage with injury, SR25 and Hamilton St. Lindsay Fisher, 18, Frankfort, struck a Norfolk and Western train. Fisher and a passenger were transported to Lafayette Home Hospital. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.

Sept. 15, 1:30 p.m. - OWI, Washington and Franklin streets. Benjamin Niswander, 65, Portage, was found sleeping in vehicle which was illegally parked. Vondrasek investigated.

County Sheriff's Dept.

Sept. 10, 8:31 a.m. - Criminal information, Crop Fertility Specialists on CR450W. Theft of anhydrous ammonia reported. Det. Kevin Hammond investigated.

Sept. 10, 3:08 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 6098 block of Hodges Dr. Property of Robert Bericer damaged. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

Sept. 12, 11 a.m. - Criminal information, 4900 block of SR25. Trespass and possible burglary reported. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

Sept. 12, 12:22 p.m. - Property damage with injuries, SR25 at Old SR25. Brittany N. Alder, 19, Logansport, and David A. Hostetler, 55, Peru. Hostetler and a passenger in Alder's car, Gregory D. Dunfee, were treated by EMS at the scene. Davidson investigated.

Sept. 12, 12:58 p.m. - Theft, 300 block of W. Main St. Theft. Jailer Jon Randle investigated.

Sept. 12, 4:35 p.m. - Criminal mischief, SR18. Vehicle damaged. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

Sept. 12, 8:09 p.m. - Invasion of privacy, 11000 block of N. Landings Rd. Violation of protective order. Liggett investigated.

Sept. 13, 3:30 p. m. - Property damage, SR39 near CR100N. Geoffrey K. Caldwell, 44, Forest, and Gricelda Valdes, 25, Frankfort. Maj. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

Sept. 13, 5:50 p.m. - Property damage with injury, CR350S at CR575E. Marlene D. Slusser, 32, and Milton D. Rogers, 63, both of Bringhurst. Slussser treated at the scene by EMS for pain in the abdomen and transported to a hospital. Deputy Zachary Hall investigated.

Sept. 14, 2:55 p.m. - Property damage, CR800W at CR700S. Victor Melchor, 52, Lafayette, and Chelsey L. Land, 17, Delphi. Melchor was arrested for Operator Never Licensed. Randle investigated.

Sept. 14, 3:45 p.m. - Property damage, CR100N at CR250W. Autumn M. Blackburn, 19, Camden, and April L. Trapp, 17, Flora. Leazenby investigated.

Sept. 15, 12:25 p.m. - Property damage with injury, Prince William Rd. at CR600S. Donna R. Marvin, 62, Cutler. Marvin was driving a moped and was ejected during the crash. Randle investigated.

Sept. 16, 1 a.m. - Battery, 1100 block of Main St. Deputy Jason Dunning investigated.

Sept. 16, 9 a.m. - Auto theft/receiving stolen auto parts, 4801block of CR400E. Motorcycle stolen from garage. Randle investigated.
