Circuit Court New filings are from public records available in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse,Delphi.Other information regarding judgments andmarriage dissolutions is gathered frompublic records found in the clerk's office. Fred L. Wise and Jane Ann Oyler were named executors of the estate of the late Mary E. Wise. The following cases were dismissed: Rod Schock vs. Ayres Hardware Co. Inc.;ABN Amro Mortgage Group Inc. vs. Casey Watson, Tonya Haygood, Huntington National Bank and Indiana Dept. of Revenue; Capital One Bank vs. Dana L. Knight; GE Money Bank vs. Shane Heckenlively; National City Real Estate Services vs. Adam R. Cunningham; and American General Financial Services Inc. vs. Lonnie C. Pope Sr. and Jane Brewington solely in her capacity as Carroll County Treasurer. In a default judgement, Armando Najera was ordered to pay $9,109.15 to Unifund CCR Partners. JohnWagoner, Gerry Seiters, Donald Davis and Dick T. Bishop were removed as defendants in the case of Stephen C. Boller and Thomas D. Boller vs. Dick T. Bishop as personal representative of the estate of the late Richard C. Cochran. A motion to correct errors submitted by the defendant in the case of Sagamore Insurance Co. vs. Tri-State Cob Ltd. was denied. A decree of dissolution was granted between the following: Monica Colleen Overmyer and Scott A. Overmyer, with wife's former name of Rhine restored; Laura E. Morris and Jerry L. Morris, with wife's former name of Bowers restored; Carol Ann Shaw and Roy Carl Shaw, with wife's former name of Come restored; and Nancy A. Leonard and Michael A. Leonard. Deborah M. Sperandio, 44, pled guilty to dealing in cocaine. She was sentenced to 11 years in prison, three years suspended. A charge of possession of methamphetamine against BrandonVibbert was dismissed. Mary J. Long was ordered to pay $4,096.58 to Asset Acceptance LLC. In a default judgment, MildredMedley was ordered to pay $71,931.65 to Monticello Farm Service Inc. Laura S. Acebedo was found to be in arrears in the payment of child support in the amount of $2,212.60. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all but eight days suspended. |
