VanSickle

VANESSA VANSICKLE of Delphi was selected as a 2008 Andrew Carnegie Society Scholar at Carnegie Mellon University. The honor was based on recommendations by the university's president, provost, dean and department heads.

The scholar program was developed to recognize undergraduate students who have achieved outstanding academic merit combined with strong extracurricular involvement both on and off campus. It is specifically designed to herald students who demonstrate leadership abilities. VanSickle is a senior majoring in bassoon performance and German language studies.
