Worth a shot
Carroll County resident Kevin Schnepp was awarded the peoples' choice award during the second annual Art on the Wabash, A Local Artists' Fair held Sunday at Tapawingo Park in West Lafayette. West Lafayette Mayor Jan Mills announced the award and Larry Oates of Kitchen Art, The Store for Cooks presented Schnepp with a certificate. The juried fair was the first event Schnepp had entered. Thirty-three artists from six counties were featured at the show.
