Aug. 30, 8:13 a.m. - Warrant service, Smith Ave. Brandon Allen, 17, Delphi, was arrested on a warrant. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

Sept. 5, 12:18 a.m. - Out-ofcounty warrant, Washington and Vine streets. Nashid Muhammad, 30, Lafayette, was arrested during a routine traffic stop for a warrant from Tippecanoe County. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.

Sept. 5, 9:40 a.m. - Misdemeanor, 421 Armory Rd. Daniel Zell, 21, Ockley was arrested on suspicion of driving while never licensed during a routine traffic stop. Kent investigated.

Sept. 5, 9:50 p.m. - Theft/contributing to the delinquency of a minor/possession of paraphernalia, CVS Pharmacy. Delia Northern, 24, Delphi, and a white juvenile female, 16, were transported to Carroll County Jail after numerous non-purchased store items were found in their purses.Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

Sept. 6, 12:45 a.m. - Auto theft, Adams St.. Motorcycle stolen from residence. Kent investigated.

Sept. 7, 3:52 p.m. - Property damage, Madison and Washington streets.Richard Conyers, 75, Monticello, and Maria Herrera, 49, Delphi. Kent investigated.

Sept. 7, 8:09 p.m. - Property damage, Franklin and Market streets. April Maxwell, 30, and Roger Napier, 61, both of Delphi. Kent investigated.

Sept. 9 - Domestic battery, Market St.. Ricardo Bautista, 30, arrested. Kent investigated.

Sept. 9, 5:39 p.m. - Criminal mischief, West Market St. Vehicle owned by Melody Runkle, 54, West Lafayette, damaged during a breakin of auto body shop. Kent investigated.

Sept. 1, 12:06 a.m. - Maintaining a common nuisance, 1100 block of W, N of CR725N. Christopher Manis, 23, Monticello, arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance. Amber North, 19, Monticello, was arrested on suspicion of OWI and visiting a common nuisance. Ashley Ireland, 19, Monticello, was arrested on suspicion of minor consumption, visiting a common nuisance and reckless possession of paraphernalia. Shannon Sayler, 19, Monticello, was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a common nuisance, and minor consumption.The incident was investigated after K-9 Unit Reno was alerted to the odor of narcotics at a traffic stop. Sept. 5, 1:24 a.m. - Possession of cocaine, SR25. Michael Penn, 24, Logansport, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and driving while suspended with a prior following a routine traffic stop. Hall investigated.

Sept. 5, 10:09 - Public intoxication, 1700 block W. US421. Robert Brown, 26, Monticello, and Larry Peterson, 37, Delphi, were arrested in the parking lot of Graham's Saloon on suspicion of public intoxication. Hall investigated.

Sept. 11:53 p.m. - Contributing to the delinquency of a minor, 10900 block of N Lower Lakeshore Dr. Jerome Gutterman Sr., 44, Monticello, was arrested and charged with 10 counts. Ten juveniles at the location were arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol.Hall investigated.

Sept. 5, 11:17 p.m. - A personal injury accident occurred nearW.Columbia and West Wood Dr. A vehicle driven by David A. Conlan, 40, Flora, struck a utility pole. Conlan was transported to the hospital by ambulance for head trauma. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.
