Prepare to march!
Members of Delphi Community High School Band practice in the confines of their classroom for an exciting upcoming outdoor event. The band was selected to be part of Purdue Band Day 2007 to be held during a Purdue University home football game Sept. 15. Twentythree bands from the region will assemble on the field during halftime and perform "Raider's March," "Secret Agent Man" and "God Bless the U.S.A." Delphi high school band director Jay Denison said he was excited for his students. "They've really worked hard," he said. "I'm excited for their opportunity to be part of this great event."
