Burlington The Burlington Fall Festival will be this weekend with most activities at Burlington Community Park. The festival will begin at 4 p.m. Friday, featuring food, entertainment, crafts, rides and more, and continue through Saturday and Sunday. A festival queen will be crowned at 7 p.m. tonight, Sept. 12, in the Park Community Building.The prince and princess pageantwill be held there Thursday evening at 6:30. Acommunity worship service will be held Sunday morning at 10 a.m. at the park. Pastor Tim Pohlman of the Church of Christ will bring the message. Music will be provided by "By Faith." UnitedMethodistWomenwill meet at 1:30 p.m.Monday at the church. Faith Church of Christ youth will help clean-up after the Fall Festival as a community service project. Faith CWF willmeet at 7 p.m. Monday at the church.BebeDorris will talk about the Kokomo RescueMission. Kiwanis Club and Burlington VFD will serve a pancake and sausage breakfast Saturday morning from 6-10. |
