CARROLL COUNTY 4-H ACHIEVEMENT NIGHT will be held Sept. 15 at 7 p.m. at the 4-H building. The program will include recognition of first year members, Mini 4- H'ers, andAchievementAward winners, and highlights of 4-H trips.

Democrat Township Volunteer Fire Department's annual

HAM& BEAN SUPPER will be Saturday, Sept. 22, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Cutler Fire Station.

"FRONT STREET FANCY," a history walk highlighting the magnates, merchants, and financial pioneers of Delphi, is set for 2 p.m. Sept. 22. Those attending should meet back of the Delphi Public Library. The walk will take about one hour and is relatively easy to navigate.
