Aug. 28, 3:18 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at 2362E SR18. Larimore investigated.

Aug. 30, 2:40 p.m. - A vehicle operated by Theresa A. Roberts, 41, Flora, struck a utility pole. Redmon investigated.

Aug. 30, 9:34 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Jose Lunas Chaves, 28, Camden, was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while never receiving a license. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Aug. 31, 2:30 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at 19 1/2 W.Main St.During the course of the investigation, James R.Dillman, 47, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, criminal confinement and strangulation. Disinger investigated. Deputies Tony Liggett and Zach Hall assisted.

Sept. 1, 7:15 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at the park. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

Sept. 3, 9:47 p.m. - Brandon C. Kelly, 25, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Disinger investigated.

Sept. 3, 2:50 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of S. Center St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Aug. 28, 4:10 p.m. - Property damage, South Washington St. Ellen B.Peters, 67, Sedalia, and Eunice R. Wagner, 47, Delphi. Officer David Yeager investigated.

Aug. 28, 8:30 p.m. - Theft, 222 N. Wilson. Lawn mower stolen from residence. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

Sept. 1, 11:39 a.m. - Intimidation/ burglary, 306 N. Union St. Charges are pending against Thomas Marchand. Kent investigated.

Sept. 1, 3:41 p.m. - Intimidation, Thomas Marchand, Delphi, arrested on suspicion of OWI, battery, criminal mischief, intimidation with a deadly weapon and trespass. Wilson investigated.

Sept. 3, 2:30 p.m. - Property damage, SR25 and US421. John O. Venters, 50, Delphi, and Michael S. Hart, 26, Fort Wayne. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

Aug. 27, 10:31 a.m. - Operating with a BAC of .15 or higher, 11220W. Bicycle Bridge Rd. During an investigation of a personal injury crash, it was discovered that Rodney E. Madison, West Lafayette, had a blood alcohol level of .211 percent. Charges are pending. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.
