APC issues 34 permits in July

Thirty-four permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during August, for improvements amounting to $1,231,600.

Residential permits with $802,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:

Burlington - Andrea Winquist, residence;

Clay - Joyce Shaw, residence;

Jefferson - Michael Cummings, residence; Freeman Four LLC, residence;

Rock Creek - John Etter, residence;

Tippecanoe - James and Donna Hufford, residence; Shane and Denise Spencer, residence.

Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in:

Adams - Harry Idle, barn;

Camden - Richard Fite, garage;

Clay - Robert and Linda Klaiber, shop/storage; Michael Purdy, addition;

Deer Creek - Jeffrey Dieterle, addition;

Delphi - Jack and Donna Cross, addition; Bonnie Maxwell etal, porch; Hudson Pressler, storage;

Democrat - Timothy Coomler, addition;

Jackson - Kevin and Leah Broadstreet, deck; Nancy Goltz, deck;

The total collected from permits issued was $1,251, plus:

Total collected from permits in July was $1,351. Total collected for 2007 was $12,010.
