Mary E. Crane, 87, of Delphi, formerly of Alvin, Ill., died Aug. 30, 2007, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center, Delphi. Born Sept. 20, 1919, in Warren County, she was the daughter of Herman and Minnie Thorton Ford. Her husband, Joseph O. Crane, preceded her in death. Mrs. Crane was a nurse at Lakeview Hospital in Danville, Ill. Surviving are three sons, 11 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. Service will be Sept. 6 in Illinois.

Services for Thomas D. "Tom T" Hall Sr., 61, of Lafayette, formerly of Logansport, were Sept. 4 in Logansport. He died Aug. 29, 2007, at Home Hospital, Lafayette. He was a retired iron worker with Local 379 and was a U.S. Army veteran. Among his survivors are his fiancé, Pam Kiser, Lafayette; two sons, Thomas D. Hall Jr. (wife: Tonia), Bringhurst, and Charlie Hall (wife: Tracy), Reynolds; and one daughter, Jane Ellen Klimes (fiancé: Tony Homburg), Logansport. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery.
