Faith Lutheran Church will have its annual Pork Chop Supper Sept. 15 at the church. The "all you can eat" supper starts at 4;30 p.m. and continues to 7:30 p.m. The women of the WELCA group will have a make and bake sale at the same time.

The Faith Lutheran Jr.-Sr. High Youth Group will have its regular meeting on Sept. 16 at the church. The meeting will include supper, games and planning for future meetings.

The women of Faith Lutheran WELCA will meet Sept. 11 at 1:30 p.m. at the church. The lesson will be given by Wilma Robeson. Hostess for the day is Margie Albaugh. All women of the church are invited.

Lois Wallace, Carolyn Shriver and Nancy Larimore all traveled to Kentucky to surprise Pastor Leslie and Margaret Schulz on their 60th wedding anniversary. They have moved into a new home in Kentucky from Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a former pastor of Mt. Oliver Lutheran Church in Deer Creek and Mt. Pisgah Lutheran Church, which is now Faith Lutheran Church.

The Good Neighbor Gals traveled to Rossville for lunch at Treece's. Those attending were Betty Bell, Doris Jean Bryan, Mary Ellen Johnson, Dot Fulton, Marilyn Hile, Liz Mylet, Helen Forgey and Dottie Deleplane.
