Festival fingerprinting
Major Tobe Leazenby (pictured right) with the Carroll County Sheriff's Department conducted child fingerprinting at the recent Deer Creek Festival. Terry and Diana Rhea are shown with their grandchildren, Caitlin and Nathan Wright. Fingerprints become important in cases of missing children.
