Local 4-H'er wins Indiana State Fair honor

      Carroll County 4-H member Susanna Haley, 17, of Burrows received top honors at the 2007 Indiana State Fair competition Aug. 8. Haley's demonstration titled "Cuckoo for CoCoRahs" explained how to become a member of CoCoRahs, a community collaborative rain, hail and snow network.
