Aug. 20, 1:40 a.m. - Theft of freon was reported at 911 S. Division St. Bishop investigated.

Aug. 21, 4 p.m. - A battery report was taken at 123 Hoop St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Aug. 22, 6 p.m. - A theft report was taken at 908 S. Center St. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

Aug. 25, 2:45 a.m. - Ryan D. McKenzie, 36, and Georgiana L. Rush, 45, both of Flora, were arrested for public intoxication.Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Aug. 26, 5:55 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of S. Center St. Thomas investigated.

Aug. 26, 3 p.m. - Rachael Freeman, 27, Flora, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant. Thomas investigated.

Aug. 26, 10:05 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Michael R. Long, 22, Flora, was arrested for possession of marijuana. Bishop investigated

Aug. 27, 6:49 a.m. - A report of an attempted burglary was taken at 613 Harmon St. Larimore investigated.

Correction

Kyle Hammel, 20, Delphi was arrested Aug. 16 at 9:59 p.m. for possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and minor consumption by the Carroll County Sheriff Department Deputy Zachary Hall. The offense was incorrectly attributed to Kyle Hammond of Delphi in last week's Comet.

Aug. 10, 7:30 a.m. - Theft, Wallmann's Quality Foods. Locked plastic storage container located in the rear of the store forced open and items removed. Sgt. Brook Mc- Cain investigated.

Aug. 13, 5:29 p.m. - Property damage, 100 block of Wilson St. Mark O. Josleyn, 31 and Heidi N. Blackburn, 19, both of Delphi. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

Aug. 14, 12:06 a.m. - Driving while suspended/prior, Delphi P.D. Sherri A. Hinton, 54, Delphi arrested after driving to the station with a suspended license. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.

Aug. 20, 2:18 p.m. - Property damage, SR25 and US421. Eloisa Bautista, 42, Delphi and Stanley Frame, 60, Royal Center. McCain investigated.

Aug. 25, 5:30 a.m. - Property damage, SR25 south of Dairy Queen. Adam T. West, 24, Peru. Bernhardt investigated.

Aug. 25, 10:40 p.m. - OWI and possession of marijuana, CR800W at Division Line Rd. Kristie Martin, 24 and Joseph Kornas, 26, both of Whiting. During a traffic stop, driver was found to be intoxicated and marijuana and paraphernalia were detected. Officer Justin Wilson investigated.
