In an agreed judgment, Claudia Brown was ordered to pay $4,591.92 toMidland Funding.

Default judgments were entered for the plaintiff in the following cases: Capital One Bank vs. Lawrence J. Herron in the amount of $3,546.07; and Midland Credit Management vs. Marisol M. Phillippo, $1,001.63.

Billy F. Williams II pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine and receiving stolen auto parts. He was sentenced to 23 years in prison, six years suspended, six years supervised probation and restitution.

Antibus, $48,000; Jason Blount, $4,260.53; John L. Barbee Jr., $21,648.00; Edward L. High, $8,852.60; Jennifer IreneWatson Bartlett, $678; Chad Gipson, $1,671.88; David Colbert, $4,588.62; Richard Collins, $8.646.29; and Rex McCain.

Jaden Michael Thompson, 30, pled guilty to burglary. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison, six years suspended, six years supervised probation, and restitution in the amount of $43,983.

Discover Bank filed a complaint against Nancy Dietrich.
