Enforcement of traffic laws at CJSHS drop off, pick-up
      At its Aug. 21 meeting, Carroll School Board authorized law enforcement officers to enforce traffic laws on Carroll school property. The authorization was particularly aimed at parents who drop off and pick up students at the front entrance to the school.

The war against vandalism
      Delphi Parks Department Superintendent Richard Farrer stood next to the graffiti-free suspension bridge at Riley Park. After numerous coats of stain, graffiti remover and paint, an estimated $300 was spent on bridge maintenance to get rid of the vulgar remarks.
