Aug. 17, 11:10 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of W. Clem St. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

Aug. 17, 8:30 p.m. - Following a report of stolen prescription medications, Melissa D. Hicks, 31, Delphi, was arrested on suspicion of dealing a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of theft, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a legend drug. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Aug. 18, 2 p.m. - A report of attempted burglary was taken at 206 N. Sycamore St.Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

Aug. 18, 2:14 p.m. - Following a report of a domestic disturbance, Adam J. Tracy, 23, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal confinement. Larimore investigated.

Aug. 18, 8:28 p.m. - Cindy Hartman, 36, was arrested on suspicion of invasion of privacy. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

Aug. 13, 9 p.m. - Invasion of privacy, 200 block N. Washington St., Violator was located at the address and advised to leave. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

Aug. 13, 12:28 a.m. - Property damage, US421 and Armory Rd. Mike Onwuegbuzie, 50, Flint, Mich., and Cale Belew, 20, Huntington, Tenn. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

Aug. 16, 6:15 p.m. - Maintaining a common nuisance, 113 S.Washington St. Joseph Spear, 20, of that address, was arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Daniel T. Longoria, 19, Brookston, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Vondrasek investigated.

Aug. 11, 6:50 p.m. - Property damage, CR1150W near CR250N. Rachal L. Stevens, 25, Lafayette. Reserve Deputy Brad Burton investigated.

Aug. 15, 6:26 p.m. - Invasion of privacy, 0 block of CR100N. Reserve Deputy Ryan Browning investigated.

Aug. 15, 10:13 p.m. - Possession of marijuana, CR1100N near US421. Brandon Gross, 37, Monticello arrested during a traffic stop for possession of marijuana and reckless possession of paraphernalia. Citations were issued to the driver of the vehicle for driving while suspended and false and fictitious registration.Deputy Zachary Hall investigated.

Aug. 16, 1:30 a.m. - Property damage, Meridian Line Rd. near CR1300N. Jacqueline B. Hulsey, 20, Logansport. Driver refused medical treatment at the scene.Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

Aug. 16, 8:47 a.m. - Theft, 12100 block of Horseshoe Bend Rd. Juvenile female reported as a runaway as well as stealing the vehicle of a family member. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

Aug. 16, 8:09 p.m. - Battery, 100 block of Main St. Alleged battery on a child in the courthouse. Burton investigated.

Aug. 16, 9:59 p.m. - Possession of a controlled substance, Davis Lane, Delphi. Kyle Hammel, 20, Delphi, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, OWI and minor consumption. Corey Huddleston, 19, Delphi, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and minor consumption. Hall investigated.

Aug. 16, 10:44 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Carrollton Bridge area.Vehicle found in a soybean field. Sgt. Mark Back investigated.

Aug. 17, 1:33 a.m. - Illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, Michigan St., Burlington. Nichole Johnson, 20 and Julie Long, 20, both of Burlington arrested. Hall investigated.

Aug. 17, 6:54 a.m. - Public intoxication, 500 block of US421. Derek R. Ramsey, Kilgore, Texas, arrested for public intoxication and possession of marijuana. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

Aug. 17, 4:36 p.m. - Harassment, 5400 block of SR25. Resident reported receiving vulgar and obscene messages on cell phone. Maj. Tobe Leazenby investigated.
