Delphi Community High School will host a BACK TO SCHOOL BASH AT DCHS today,Wednesday, at 7 p.m. Students and their parents are invited to meet teachers and staff and enjoy free food and activities.

DEMOCRATIC CENTRAL COMMITTEE will meet Aug. 23 at 7 p.m. at the Flora Senior Citizens' Building on N. Division St. The public is welcome to attend.

An ICE CREAM SOCIAL will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 25 at Lockport Church, Free soft serve ice cream with lots of desserts will be served. Malachi Jaggers will be guest singer.

Carroll County YMCA is sponsoring a CHEERLEADING PROGRAM for children ages 4-18. The clinic is held at the YMCA in Flora on Tuesdays. It startedAug. 21 and will run through Sept. 18. For more information, pick up a flyer at the YMCA.

DELPHI ART CLUB will meet at 7 p.m. Sept. 6 in the Flora Senior Center, 115 N. Division Street. Therewill be a surprise program and a discussion on the recent Old Settlers Art Show. Hosting the meeting will be Libby Sparks, Mary Catherine Carter andAnnie Sparks.

MODERN'S EXTENSION HOMEMAKERS CLUB will meet Aug. 30 at 11:30 a.m. at Solomon's Grille in Delphi. Maxine Victor will be hostess.

The RED CROSS BLOODMOBILE will visit Carroll County on Aug. 30 from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 107 E. Main St., Flora. The area church with the most volunteer donors will receive a $100 gift from Flora Psi Iota Xi. Tomake an appointment, call 1-800-GIVE LIFE. Walk-ins are always welcome.
