Shipplett, Huckstep vows pledged

Emily Shipplett and Benjamin Huckstep were united in marriage on April 14 at Wolcott Christian Church.

The bride is the daughter of Rex and Sue Shipplett of Wolcott. Parents of the groom are Charles and Jayne Huckstep of Cutler.

Pastors Jerry Pelfrey and Paul Champion officiated the double ring ceremony. Cal Puckett read Scripture. Musicians included Tiffani Puckett as soloist, Whitney Pelfrey as violinist, Charlene Pelfrey as pianist, and Don Molter and Mark Molter, uncles of the bride, on the saxophone and guitar.

Flower girls Mallory Culver and Autumn Culver, and ring bearer Isaac Culver of Lafayette are nieces and nephew of the bride.

BrittanyMolter, cousin of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Aricka Molter, cousin of the bride, and Heather Linville from Ohio.

Jeremy Huckstep, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Daniel Huckstep, brother of the groom, and Kyle Linville from Ohio.

Ushers were JP Sprague of Lebanon and Mitch Irving of Indianapolis.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Tri-County High School. She graduated from Purdue University in 2005 with a Bachelor's Degree in accounting. She is employed by L 3 Communications in Mason, Ohio.

The groom is a 2000 graduate of Carroll Jr.-Sr. High School. He graduated in 2005 from Purdue University with a degree in computer and electrical engineering technology. He is employed by L 3 Communications in Mason.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Gatlinburg, Tenn. They now reside in Morrow, Ohio.
