Aug. 6, 11:39 p.m. - A fight was reported at 415 W. Clem St. During the course of the investigation, Brianna L. Lucas, 21, Delphi, was arrested on suspicion of residential entry and disorderly conduct. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Aug. 7, 11:40 p.m. - An harassment report was taken at 203 E. Columbia St., Apt 3. Disinger investigated.

Aug. 8, 11:27 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of W. Clem St. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

Aug. 9, 7:30 a.m. - A theft report was taken at 415 W. Clem St. Apt 15. The complaintant reported his bicycle stolen. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

Aug. 9, 7:15 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of S. Willow St. Sgt. Bishop investigated.

Aug. 10, 2:38 a.m. - A fight was reported at 309 N.Willow St. During the course of the investigation, Brandon Kelly, 25, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and disorderly conduct. Bishop investigated.

Aug. 11, 4:26 p.m. - A criminal mischief report was taken at 613 Harmon St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Aug. 10, 9 p.m. - SR 29 South and CR 200S. Person laying in ditch by highway. Person was checked and transported to another location, Marshal Jill Hammond and Deputy Marshal Kevin Hammond investigated.

Aug. 12, 8:30 p.m. - 905 Jackson St., Deputy Hammond investigated a report of a verbal dispute between three people. They left without incident.

Aug. 12, 11 p.m. - Corner of CRs 500S and 500E. Deputy Hammond assisted Sheriff 's Dept. with investigation of vehicle that may have been involved in drug activity.

Aug. 13, 9:45 a.m. - 2879 S. CR 400E, tools were reported taken from a garage sometime between Saturday and Monday. Marshal Hammond investigated.

Aug. 3, 4:23 p.m. - Hit and run, Summit St. Two juveniles charged with license violations, one for leaving the scene and one for tobacco violation. Office Paul Vondrasek investigated.

Aug. 3, 4:30 p.m. - 114 W. Main St. Joshua G. Ewing, 22, Delphi, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Howard County. Vondrasek investigated.

Aug. 7 - Criminal mischief, several locations in Delphi. Several complaints of graffiti in alleys near Wabash and Union streets south of Main and between Franklin and Main streets, east of Washington St. Chapman investigated.

Aug. 7, 6 p.m. - Union St. Brian Jones, 35, Dayton, Ohio, and Erin Martinez, 30, Sparks, Nev., were cited for peddling without a permit. Vondrasek investigated.
