Sensational sensory experience
Downtown Delphi is shown awash in colorful lights, the din of community interaction and the aroma of home cooking during the 152nd annual Carroll County Old Settlers' Festival, Meeting and Rendezvous held last week. Festival-goers visited booths and food tents, browsed historic and artistic displays, and enjoyed musical entertainment, tours and demonstrations.
