Flora Police Dept.

July 30, 1:45 p.m. - A juvenile male was shot with an air soft gun while riding his bicycle. Juvenile suspects were identified and located. A report was forwarded to the county probation office. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

July 30. 2:40 p.m. - A vehicle driven by Leanna Brower, 57, Flora, struck a parked motorcycle owned by John Wilson, 63, Galveston. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

July 30, 9:55 p.m. - Juveniles reported their dog was shot in the trailer park by another juvenile using a air soft gun. The juvenile suspect was located and identified. A report was forwarded to the county probation department. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

July 31, 4 p.m. - A trespassing report was taken at 226 E. Columbia St. Larimore investigated.

Aug. 1, 6 p.m. - Roy Bergdorff II, 29, Flora, was arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon, carrying a handgun without a permit and a Tippecanoe County warrant. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Aug. 2, 2:56 p.m. - A disturbance was reported at 415 W. Clem St. Officer Mark Thomas and Chief Redmon investigated.

Aug. 2, 5:40 p.m. - An animal complaint was taken at 411 W. Walnut St. Christopher J. McWhirter, 18, Flora, was issued a citation for harboring a non-immunized dog. Thomas and Bishop investigated.

Aug. 3, 6:15 p.m. - A complaint of trespass was taken at Movie Time Video. The suspect was located and issued a warning for trespass. Bishop investigated.

Aug. 3, 9:20 p.m. - A complaint of trespass was taken at 312 S. Sycamore St. The suspects were located and warned. Bishop investigated.

Aug. 4, 3 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at 1107 S. Center St. Larimore investigated.

Aug. 5, 10:54 a.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at 408 N. Center St. Larimore investigated.

Aug. 5, 7:15 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at Flora Community Park. Bishop investigated.

Burlington Police Dept.

July 30, 1:51 p.m. - 905 Jackson St., Joshua Bagwell, 22, Burlington, was arrested for criminal trespass and booked in the Carroll County Jail. Marshal Jill Hammond investigated, assisted by Flora Police Chief Paul Redmon and Sheriff's Detective Kevin Hammond.

Aug. 3, 1:45 p.m. - 15 Haun Dr., Marshal Hammond and the Carroll County Sheriff's Dept. assisted with traffic control at the scene of a house fire. Aug. 3, 4 p.m. - Marshal Hammond investigated a report of credit card fraud involving the Internet in the 1200 block of Michigan St.

Aug. 3, 11:19 p.m. - Jackson and 8th streets, Dusty Hooper, 21, was arrested for public intoxication. Hooper was being held in the Carroll County Jail on a $1,000 bond and a probation violation. Deputy Marshal Kevin Hammond investigated.

Delphi Police Dept.

July 23, 8 p.m. - Violation of motorized bicycle, Washington and Franklin streets. White male juvenile, 15 cited for not wearing a helmet and not having an Indiana identification card. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

July 23 - Identity deception/forgery, Lot 15, Rhineland MHP. Charges are pending against Juana G. Valadez, 36, Kokomo, for obtaining employment using a false name and identification. Vondrasek investigated.

July 27, 3:42 a.m. - False informing, OWI, possession of marijuana, 100 block of West Main St. White female, 17, Lafayette, and Keah E. Katz, 18, Delphi. Juvenile wanted in Tippecanoe County gave a false name and was found to be intoxicated during a traffic stop. A search of the car revealed a large amount of marijuana under the passenger's seat. Both individuals were arrested. Vondrasek investigated.

July 31, 11:24 p.m. - Misdemeanor, Delphi. Juvenile investigated for delinquency, minor consumption and possession of marijuana. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

July 31 - Hit and run/property damage, Indiana and Main streets. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.

Aug. 2, 9:30 a.m. - Warrant service, 200 block of West Main St. Erin Herget Busch, 28, arrested on warrant for suspicion of public intoxication. Officer Justin Wilson investigated.

Aug. 2, 11:45 p.m. - Battery with serious bodily injury/possession of a switchblade/escape/theft/resisting, Front and Washington streets. Alena M. Gill, 39, Delphi. Vondrasek investigated.

Aug. 3, 12:30 p.m. - Property damage with injury, US421 and Market St. Bruce E. Polstra, 61, Brookston, and Katherine S. Storey, 60, West Delphi. Storey complained of pain, but refused medical treatment by EMS at the scene. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

Aug. 3, 3:30 p.m. - Property damage/ hit and run, Main St. in front of the Sandwich Shop. Bernhardt investigated.

Aug. 4, - Burglary, 429 W. Franklin St. Maria Castillo's residence in Delphi was broken into. A computer and surround-sound system were taken. Bernhardt investigated.

July 5, 1:30 p.m. - Boating accident, Lake Freeman. Sadona M. Disinger, 43, Monticello. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

July 15, 7:46 p.m. - Property damage, 11923 CR800N. A vehicle registered to Dennis D. Sparks of Monticello and an unknown vehicle. Reserve Deputy Jay D. Cree investigated.

July 26, 6:58 a.m. - Property damage, Illinois St at South Rd. Raymond Pine, 20, Lafayette. Electrical pole damaged due to low-hanging limbs driver was unable to avoid. Randle investigated.

July 29, 2:15 p.m. - Boating accident, Lake Freeman. Heather D. Hoehle, 20, Lafayette. Randle investigated.

July 30, 2:14 p.m. - Property damage, SR39 near CR700S. David L. Harford, 44, Cincinnati, and Jamie Guerrero, 30, Frankfort. Harford was arrested for misdemeanor alcohol-related offense. Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

July 31, 6 a.m. - Property damage, 750N CR750N. Stephen L. Mullin, 48, and a vehicle registered to Lisa J. Mullin, both of Delphi. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

July 31, 12:40 p.m. - Property damage, Windsor Lane at Drury Lane in C&C Beach. Lucille Eddy, 79, and Debra E. Misch, 43, both of Monticello. Thomas investigated.

Aug. 1, 10:31 a.m. - Property damage, CR700W near CR750N. Alexandrea N. Bieghler, 22, Camden, and John R. Coble, 47, Delphi. Deputy Jason Dunning investigated.

Aug. 1, 2:49 p.m. - Property damage with injury, Milkhouse Rd. near CR484N. Arthur K. Brown, 78, Delphi. EMS called to scene to treat driver's minor facial bleeding. Reserve deputy Ryan Browning investigated.

Aug. 3, 4 p.m. - Property damage, CR850W at CR1100. Robert Huff, 80, Delphi, and Penny R. Braden, 45, Camden. Randle investigated.
