Flora Police Dept.

July 19, 4:35 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at the park. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

July 21, 7:30 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Arnold Floyd, 44, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended with a prior conviction. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

July 22, 2:58 p.m. - Criminal mischief was reported at 519 S. Third St. The complaintant stated someone threw tomatoes on the side of his residence. Office Randy Larimore investigated.

July 23, 12:07 p.m. - Property damage accident at 4 E. Main St., involved vehicles driven by Dean S. Sheagley, 75, Cutler, and Bradley A. Eurit, 37, Flora. Redmon investigated.

July 23, 10:25 a.m. - A theft report was taken at the Dollar General Store. Heather S. Stewart, 20, Lafayette, was arrested on suspicion of theft and forgery. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

July 26, 3 p.m. - A theft report was taken at Carroll Village. A resident reported $250 missing from their apartment. Redmon investigated.

July 27, 7:20 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Greg Mejia, 21, Frankfort, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana in excess of 30 grams, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance. Bladimir Martinez, 22, Frankfort, was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a common nuisance and a warrant out of Clinton County. Roberio Lucio, 24, Frankfort, was arrested on suspicion of visiting a common nuisance. Officer Josh Disinger investigated. Sheriff's Deputy Tony Liggett and K-9 Reno assisted.

July 28, 8:40 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at 815 W. Columbia St. Apt 25. During the course of the investigation, Patrick P. Boyles Jr., 22, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic battery strangulation and criminal confinement. Disinger and Liggett investigated.

July 29, 5:40 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at 45E 145S. Thomas investigated.

July 30, 12:15 a.m. - A dog bite was reported at 12 E. Vine St. Johnny Ovalle, 35, Flora, was cited for harboring a non-immunized dog. Disinger and Larimore investigated.

July 24,9:30 a.m. - Marshal Jill Hammond investigated a report of a stop sign taken from the intersection of 9th and Washington streets.

July 24, 9:05 p.m. - A disabled vehicle in the roadwway at 50E and 350S was reported. Deputy Marshal Kevin Hammond investigated.

July 26, 2:10 p.m. - Burlington Community Park, Marshal Hammond investigated a report of a lost or stolen cell phone.

Delphi Police Dept.

July 12, 8:58 a.m. - Burglary, Pizza Hut. Unknown subject entered through an unsecured door. Money and a floor mat taken. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

July 19, 2:30 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Riley Park suspension bridge. Juvenile male observed by park staff writing on bridge. He was released to family members after being questioned. McCain investigated.

July 23, 5:35 a.m. - Driving while never licensed, US421 near Alco. Jesus Zavaleta, 25, Delphi, arrested. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

July 25, 2:42 a.m. - OWI/possession of marijuana, Franklin and Washington streets. Phillip Crousore, 50, Monticello, arrested. Kent investigated.

July 30, 8:33 p.m. - Property damage, Main and Washington streets. Chun H. Wilbanks, 44, Brookston, and Sheila A. Best, 43, Cutler. EMS called to scene to check infant passenger. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

July 31, 5:17 a.m. - Theft, Citgo Gas Station. Maroon Chrysler left without paying for fuel. Kent investigated.

July 11, 10:27 a.m. - Property damage, S. Washington St. and Riley Park entrance. Gerran W. Wilson, 17, Delphi. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

July 22, 5:15 p.m. - Property damage, CR350E at CR500S. Justin T. Matthews, 17, Flora. Randle investigated.

July 22, 1:15 a.m. - Property damage, CR425N at Tippecanoe Ranch Rd. Karsten J. Cook, 32, West Lafayette. Cook arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. One passenger refused medical treatment and one passenger fled the scene. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated.

July 23, 11 a.m. - Information, 6300 block of Wildwood MHP Lot 35. Altercation reported. Deputy Jason Dunning investigated.

July 23, 2 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Von Hollow. Dunning investigated.

July 23, 8:06 p.m. - Check deception, 300 block of Commercial Dr. Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

July 24, 3:45 p.m. - Information report, 2500 block of CR935W. Unruly juvenile in Rockfield reported. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

July 24, 5:24 p.m. - Fraud, 7100 block of CR300S. Unauthorized use of local resident's credit card in California. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

July 24, 6 p.m. - Criminal information, 8200 block of N. Calverts. Davidson investigated.

July 24, 8:12 p.m. - US421. Jason Stockment, 26, Brookston, arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated. Liggett investigated.

July 25, 9:55 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Jackson Township Park, Camden. Fire in garbage can and lights broken. Sgt. Mark Back investigated.

July 25, 10:47 p.m. - Property damage, CR100N near CR450W. Benjamin J. Smith, 20, Delphi, and John J. Rieken, 46, Flora. Smith refused treatment at the scene. Deputy Mark Back investigated.

July 26, 11:47 p.m. - Non-criminal information, 11600 block of N. Shaffer Dr. Civil disturbance. Reserve Deputy Ryan Browning investigated.

July 27, 4:51 a.m. - Assisting another agency, 100 block of Main St., Delphi. Back investigated.

July 27, 9:35 a.m. - Property damage with injuries, CR725N near CR1225W. Aaron M. Metz, 18, Belvidere, Ill., and Jayme Franceschina, 17, Delphi. EMS called for both drivers' injuries. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

July 27, 5:07 p.m. - Criminal information, 8600 block of CR9900W. Domestic complaint. Davidson investigated.

July 27, 7:13 p.m. - Assisting another agency, SR75. Exterior narcotic search revealed 43 grams of marijuana hidden in a vehicle. Liggett and K-9 Reno investigated.

July 28, 5:40 a.m. - Property damage, 5362N. 9th St, Delphi. Joseph D. Gibbs, 18, Monticello, and a vehicle parked at the residence registered to Erika M. Strong, Logansport. Gibbs was cited for speed too fast to avoid a collision. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

July 28, 7:53 a.m. - Theft, 1200 block of CR1275W. Jon boat reported stolen near CR1275W and Bicycle Bridge Rd. Davidson investigated.

July 28, 10:57 a.m. - Assisting another agency, 9200 block of CR310N. Theft of personal flotation devices and a water tube reported in Pittsburg. Davidson investigated.

July 28, 11:50 p.m. - Property damage/leaving the scene, SR25 at CR100E. Justin L. Morehouse, 21, New Richmond, and a vehicle registered to Michael R. Kreps, Fort Wayne, with an unknown driver. Driver of the Kreps' vehicle left the scene and was unable to be located. Witnesses reported the driver as possibly impaired. Liggett investigated.

July 29, 6:51 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 900 block of Jackson. After breaking items in a house, subject was asked to leave premises. Liggett investigated.
