In a default judgment, Shawn Dreadfulwater was ordered to pay $20,075.63 to First National Bank & Trust.

Clifford L. Beard pled guilty to forgery. He was sentenced to two years in jail, all suspended, and two years probation.

The following cases were dismissed: Wells Fargo Bank vs. Paul E. Hunter and Joyce M. Hunter; Huntington National Bank vs. Juan M. Martinez; and Dorothy M. Johnson and David A. Johnson Sr. vs. Delphi Shell LLC and See USA LLC.

Latasha L. Duvall pled guilty to conspiracy to commit dealing in methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 12 years in prison. Three years of the sentence were suspended, two years were ordered to be served on work release, and one year on in-home detention.

A judgment for the plaintiff was entered in the case of Colonial Credit Corp. vs. Jean A. Heise.

GE Money Bank filed a complaint against Lisa Chafin.

FIA Card Services filed an application to confirm arbitration award against Gregory G. Grove.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a complaint to foreclose mortgage against Jamie R. and Dawn A. Wells.

Bank of America NA filed a complaint of breach of contract against John L. Phalen.

David Jacobo Dominguez was charged with forgery, perjury (three counts), and false informing.

Unifund CCR Partners filed a complaint against Armando Najera.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a complaint on note and to foreclose mortgage against Ronald Fritz and Catherine M. Fritz.

AFS filed a complaint against Donna M. Caldwell.

Phillip H. Shelton II was charged with three counts of aiding, causing or inducing burglary.

Charles R. Roach was charged with three counts of aiding, causing or inducing burglary.

Phillip L. Stringer was charged with child exploitation and eight counts of child molesting.

The following cases were dismissed: Hartson Kennedy Cabinet Top Co. vs. Christian DeVos; Wells Fargo Bank vs. Dean A. Mote; and Lieselotte Wert vs. Jesse G. Elizalde et al;

Pablo Francisco pled guilty to forgery, identity deception (two counts), operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, and false and fictitious registration. He was sentenced to two years in jail, all but 62 days suspended, and one year, 10 months on probation.

Default judgements were entered for the plaintiff in the following cases: Citibank vs. P.D. Myers in the amount of $1,859.16; and Capital One Bank vs. Goldie C. Ford, $1,099.42.

Kristy L. Martin was ordered to spend 180 days in jail for a probation violation.

Derrick A. German was ordered to serve 180 days of a previously suspended sentence on house arrest for a probation violation.

James A. Harvey Jr. was ordered to serve six days of a previously suspended sentence for a probation violation.

Dana L. Snowberger was ordered to spend three additional months on probation for failure to pay probation user fees and court costs.

Kyle Stout was ordered to serve the remainder of his sentence in jail for violation of and removal from home detention program.

A decree of dissolution was granted between the following: Melody Willoughby and James F. Willoughby Jr.; Marsha L. Breeden and Lloyd H. Breeden Jr.; and Charles W. Schroeder and Elizabeth J. Schroeder, with wife's former name of Wells restored.

The estate of the late Helen M. Harshbarger was admitted, probate will only.

Palisades Collection LLC filed a complaint against Nancy D. Brewer.
