The following were charged with check deception: James R. Hudson Jr., Luann Maxwell, Jacquelyn M. Vogt, Jennifer J. Holman, Jennifer D. Wireman (two counts).

Ernesto G. Hernandez was charged with public nudity and domestic battery.

Levi T. Dyer was charged with driving while suspended.

Desiree D. Stewart was charged with driving while suspended.

Deborah L. Spear was charged with public intoxication.

Marc S. Woodruff was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering and failure to stop after an accident resulting in non-vehicle damage.

Ryan Houser was charged with residential entry.

Mark A. Clawson was charged with auto theft and possession of paraphernalia.

Michael L. Turner was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering, operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more, false or fictitious registration, and no valid license.

Aaron M. Kirkpatrick was charged with operating a motorboat while intoxicated and operating a motorboat with an ACE of .08 or more.

Default judgements were entered for the plaintiff in the following cases: Wilcox Lumber Co. vs. Carl Koch in the amount of $1,286.34; Horizon Veterinary Service vs. John and Laura Hullinger, $204.65; Argent Healthcare Financial vs. Susan E. Field, $2,359.45; and Horizon Veterinary Service vs. Kathy Mayhew, $356.55.

In an agreed judgement, Shonda Welchman was ordered to pay $2,375.02 to Lafayette Account Services.

Michael J. Burke IV, 45, of Monticello, pled guilty to criminal recklessness. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year unsupervised probation.

Jennifer Marbach, 31, of Flora, pled guilty to battery resulting in bodily injury. She was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Amanda Loy, 24, pled guilty to escape. She was sentenced to three years in jail, two years suspended, and two years supervised probation.

For convictions related to alcohol, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Justin S. Rogers, 26, of Burnettsville, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; John S. Kelly, 51, of Bringhurst, operating a vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more; Randy E. Francis, 38, of Middleburg, Fla., operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; Joshua M. Corso, 27, of Logansport, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person and habitual substance offender; Eric L. Sterling, 36, of Flora, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person and habitual substance offender; and Greg A. Clawson, 44, of Burnettsville, operating while intoxicated.

Cindy A. Hartman, 36, of Bringhurst, pled guilty to domestic battery. She was sentenced to one year in jail, all but seven days suspended, and 355 days supervised probation.

Amanda James Shepherd, 24, of Logansport, pled guilty to driving while suspended. She was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Americo L. Gonzalez, 22, of Delphi, pled guilty to neglect of a dependent. He was sentenced to two years in jail, all suspended, and two years supervised probation.
