Psi Iota Xi Auxiliary

On July 12, 15 members of Psi Iota Xi Auxiliary of Delphi met at the Sportsman Restaurant on the south shore of Lake Freeman in Carroll County.

New officers will be chosen in September and installed at the October meeting.

Members shared memories and adventures of their summer activities.

Doris McLeland volunteered to be on the memorial service committee. All members sang Happy Birthday to Arvilla Burge.

The next meeting will be Aug. 16.

Rock Creek EH

Rock Creek Extension Homemakers Club met at the Rockfield Prersbyterian Church.

The Health and Safety lesson, on safety tips for women, was given by Marjorie Been.

Grace Deel, Marjorie Been, and Pat Robbins worked at the food stand at the fair. Grace Deel helped with the Cookie Bake-A-Rama at the fair.

The Cultural Arts report, on "Democracy - Declaration of Independence," was given by Wiladean Snoeberger.

A copy of some of the new laws was shown for the Citizenship lesson.

Program books for next year were filled out.

Kathy Snoeberger won the door prize.

The next meeting will be at the home of Kathy Snoeberger.
