Capital One Bank filed a complaint against Joe McMasters.

PHH Mortgage Corp. filed a complaint on note and to foreclose mortgage on real estate against Steven D. and Ramona S. Ogle.

Capital One FSB filed a complaint against Donna K. Lowery.

Capital One FSB filed a complaint against Jim R. Binney.

The estate of the late Lee Jay Kuns was admitted, probate will only.

The estate of the late Roger L. Daniels was admitted, probate will only.

Nicholas A. Swindle was released from Carroll County Jail and entered into the Tippecanoe County Work Release Program.

The following were found to be in arrears in the payment of child support: Donald Mull $4,460; William Rains, $8,156; and Leisa Davies.

Rondall Lee White Jr. was found to be in arrears in the payment of child support in the amount of $22,668.81. He was incarcerated for 45 days with no good credit allowed for failure to appear and failure to pay support.

Asset Acceptance filed a complaint against Shawn Sullivan.

Creditone LLC filed a complaint against Jack Gerald.

Discover Bank filed a complaint against Lyle Jenkins.

Midland Funding filed a complaint against Charles Wamsher.

Community Wide Federal Credit Union filed a complaint on account against Jennifer L. James.

Countrywide Home Loans Inc. filed a complaint on note and to foreclose mortgage on real estate against Charlotte A. Vaughn.

PHH Mortgage Corp. filed a complaint on note and to foreclose mortgage against Donald D. Casey and Donna Caldwell- Casey.

Mark A. Westlake was charged with two counts of trafficking with an inmate and one count of attempted trafficking with an inmate.

Dean O. Burton was named executor of the estate of the late Caren C. Burton.

Decrees of dissolution were granted between Marsha Kay Boyd and Reese Lane Boyd, with wife's maiden name of Pyle restored; and Ralph Lynn Scott and Lola Linn Scott.

Danny A. Freeman pled guilty to dealing in marijuana (two counts) and maintaining a common nuisance. He was sentenced to three years in jail, two years and 11 months suspended, and probation.
