Wendy M. Seibert was charged with driving while suspended and failure to restrain child.

Charity M. McElheny was charged with driving while suspended and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

Kyle D. Brown was charged with illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage.

Jose O. Salmeron was charged with operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Rachel N. Wheeler was charged with theft.

Robert F. May was charged with strangulation, criminal confinement and domestic battery.

The following were charged with check deception: Ginny R. Johnson; Stephanie Williams (five counts); Heather Fuller; Jennifer D. Wireman; and Gloria Thomas.

Kevin C. Hammel was charged with auto theft, two counts of operating while intoxicted - endangering, and driving while suspended.

Scott D. Flora was charged with battery.

Athena L. Dulin was charged with driving while suspended.

Amber N. Morgeson was charged with public intoxication.

Autumn M. Carter was charged with false informing.

Coty P. Canady was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

The following were charged with check deception: Marcia A. Maxwell; Tracy I. Persons; and Lisa E. McDaniel.

Derek C. Mitchell was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering and operating with an ACE of .15 or more.

Stephanie Williams was charged with interference with the report of a crime, public intoxication and battery.

Jarrett A. Embrey was charged with receiving stolen property, attempted fraud and two counts of fraud.

Richard M. Langston was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering and operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15

Austin C. Davis was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering.

William G. Zborek was charged with driving while suspended.

Andrew G. Dallas was charged with illegal consumption.

Clay D. Taub was charged with illegal consumption.

Jimmy D. Dunbar was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering and driving left of center.

For convictions related to alcohol, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Jose A. Zamora, 18, of Delphi, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage; Edward R. Priest, 21, of Delphi, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; and Robert Perry, 18, of Kokomo, illegal possession of alcohol.

Traci L. Draper, 38, of Camden, pled guilty to harboring a non-immunized dog. She was fined one dollar plus court costs.

Todd J. Barrows, 43, of Delphi, pled guilty to domestic battery. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Donna S. Snapp, 28, of Flora, pled guilty to three counts of check deception. She was sentenced to 270 days in jail, all suspended, and 270 days supervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. Marjorie B. Spray; State of Indiana vs. Bryce M. Ayres; State of Indiana vs. Miguel A. Quinones; Dr. D.J. Harmon vs. Amy Miller; and State of Indiana vs. Gladys E. Murphy.

For convictions related to alcohol, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Aaron M. Jones, 32, of Bringhurst, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; Robert D. Perry, public intoxication; and Justin D. Walker, 25, of Delphi, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person.

Mark J. Savage pled guilty to speeding. He was fined. A charge of criminal recklessness against him was dismissed.

Troy A. Clendenen, 32, of Delphi, was found guilty of two counts driving while suspended. He was sentenced to two years in jail, all suspended, and two years supervised probation.

Gene Alan Maxson, 35, of Delphi, pled guilty to battery resulting in bodily injury. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. Joel S. Sheets; State of Indiana vs. James A. Spencer; State of Indiana vs. James R. Francis; State of Indiana vs. Jamie L.
