July 13, 1 p.m. - Theft, 702 Riley Rd. Jackie S. Loman reported wind decoration stolen from residence. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

July 13, 6:40 p.m. - Theft, Hilltop Marathon on Washington St. Unknown subject in a gold colored Chevrolet Suburban did not pay for fuel pumped. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

July 14, 12:53 a.m. - Union and Franklin streets. Maxi Zuniga, 20, Delphi, arrested for driving while never licensed. Kent investigated.

July 14, 2 a.m. - Driving while never licensed, Hamilton and Front streets. 14 year-old juvenile charged. Kent investigated.

July 14 - Deborah Spear, 41, Delphi, arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. Kent investigated.

July 11, 8 a.m. - Illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, CR500E. Alisha Kellerrenneker arrested in Pulaski County during a special detail for illegal possession of alcohol. Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

July 12, 8:25 p.m. - Property damage, CR500S at CR500S. Austin C. Davis, 20, Burlington, cited for misdemeanor alcohol offense. Sgt. Mark Back investigated.

July 13, 2:55 a.m. - CR500S. Crash involving a vehicle with six occupants. Driver Austin Davis was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated. Andrew Dallas, 19, and Jessica Kingery, 20, were both arrested as minors in possession of alcohol. Back investigated.

July 9, 8:40 a.m. - A fraud report was taken at 111 N. Willow St. The complaintant stated someone attempted to use his credit card to make an online purchase. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

July 9, 11:54 a.m. - A vehicle driven by Carolyn J. Wagner, 68, Delphi, struck a vehicle driven by Teresa K. West, 50, Flora. Redmon investigated.

July 10, 5:05 p.m. - A report of criminal mischief was taken at 124 E. Clem St. The complaintant stated someone had caused damage to the liner of his swimming pool. Redmon investigated.

July 10, 10:35 p.m. - A theft report was taken at 405 W. Elm St. The complaintant stated her purse was missing from her vehicle. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

July 11, 7:45 p.m. - An intimidation report was taken at 815 W. Columbia St. A report was forwarded to the Carroll County Prosecutor's Office. Bishop investigated.

July 11, 8:25 p.m. - A criminal mischief report was taken at Flora park. Two juvenile females were observed causing damage to the stone arch at the main entrance. Bishop investigated.

July 12, 6 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at Flora Park. Bishop investigated.

July 13, 10:14 a.m. - A theft report was taken at 702 E. Columbia St. The complaintant advised a bin of scrap metal was stolen. Redmon investigated.

July 13, 5:05 p.m. - Following a report of a domestic disturbance, Rickey O. Jones, 58, Bringhurst, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and operating while intoxicated. Redmon investigated.

July 13, 11:53 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Michael L. Turner, 53, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated. Disinger investigated.
