Seward opens PI office

Dale R. Seward, a Carroll County private investigator, has opened an office on the courthouse square in Delphi.

Seward worked with the Delphi Police Department for 10 years, including two years of undercover drug work. He also has six years of private investigator experience.

He lived in Nashville, Ind., for a few years before coming back to start Bob's Investigations.

Seward has been serving legal papers and investigating criminal and civil cases. He also does computer data gathering, security, undercover work, and surveillance.

His office is located on the second floor of the Downtowner building, just above Bill's Rock Shop.
