REUBEN WOODRUFF of Cutler received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science - international relations Cum Laude from Carleton College, Northfield, Minn., during its 133rd commencement exercises held on June 9. Woodruff is the son of Grace and Tony Woodruff.
