County's little royalty
A new Little Miss and Mister were crowned Friday evening during opening activities for the Carroll County 4-H Fair. . Winners of the annual pageant were Emma Briggs, Little Miss, and Austin Smith, Little Mister. They are the daugher and son of Holly and Jody Briggs of Cutler and Janet and Gil Smith of Delphi. The pair, along with their court, will help hand out awards at the county fair this week and will participate in festivals and parades throughout the next year. They are pictured with their court, from left: Andrew Schoen, 2nd runner-up; Katey Roth, 2nd runner-up; Austin; Emma; Adysan Herron, 1st runner-up; and Garrett Tomson, 1st runner-up.
